June and the 4th of July

Fathers Day! Our day was busy but it started out with Kyler modeling Brians Fathers day gift. Welding gloves for the dutch ovens...Wahoo! Then to my Dads for Strawberry Crepes, and then to Brians Dad's for Dinner. Sometimes I wish we didn't have a million places to go on our holidays, I would have liked to just pamper Brian. We celibrated our 5 year anniversary on June 24th! Yea!! Go us!! We stayed at the Armstrong Mansion the weekend before our actual anniversary day. It was a nice place, thanks to Heather and Stacey for comming to stay with Kyler, it was SOO nice to have a few days off.

On our way home from the mansion we stopped at a couple yard sales. We got this way cute dump truck for 50 cents! It was my first time yard sale shopping, I think I'll be doing it again in the near future. On our actual anniversary day we hiked up Bells Canyon. It wasn't my favorite hike but the destination was amazing. We left in the middle of the day so it was SOOO hot! But it was nice to get out.
The water fall at the top was pretty amazing, especially with such a wet spring, Brian said he'd never seen so much water the other times he'd done this hike. I loved just standing next to it and feeling the water spray my face. The view of the valley at the bottom of the falls.

Brian went and took some pictures of the temple while I was auditioning for The Bells On Temple Square. I wanted a picture of the temple to blow up and hang in our home, these three are my favorite, which one do you guys like best?

Temple 1

Temple 2

Temple 3

On the Fourth of July we went to the childrens garden at Thanksgiving point.

Kyler loved playing in the water.

Then we went to Springville to be with Brians Aunt and family, Kyler did so well during the fireworks I was very surprised.

Hey Tiffany! Looks like you guys are having a fun summer. And Kyler is so dang cute! I need to meet him sometime... we need to get together. Oh, and I have been meaning to thank you for the bottle advice. I tried the latex nipples, and after a couple times, it worked! Thanks :)

I like Temple Picture #3. So what are the results of the audition?

I guess they are only looking to fill one female spot on there alternate list, but they've called me back every week since my first audition. I don't have my heart set on it, it has been a blast just rehersing with them...we'll see!

Those temple pictures are amazing...for me it's a tough draw between #2 & #3. Good work! We wish we lived closer to go hiking with you guys. That waterfall was ragin.

Wow, you've had a lot going on! The temple pics are amazing. Brian is very talented. I like #3 best.

Sounds like you have been having lots of fun! It is crazy that it has been five years since the summer-of-weddings.

I also like picture 3 the best... but it was a hard decision.

How fun. I think all of those temple pictures are wonderful! I was wondering if you have met my friend Bryanna who just moved in with the Fassmans. She is a gem. I am sure she would laugh at a few of our high school adventures swing dancing, hot tubbing in the middle of winter, talking in my car for all hours the night. Wow that was a long time ago! Anyway your family is darling.
